Mentorship motivation

  • I like to learn about industries and new businesses
  • I want to give back to the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurs coming up
  • I want to make new connections for myself and/or the organization I represent

I believe we grow through lifting others, and with my 8 years of diverse experience and knowledge in marketing, PR and events management, I see I have something to give as a mentor to the startups who need a hand on their grow business journey, which is a blessing to me and a reminder of my journey and my giving back initiative, as the titles and shoes that I wear now is due to the guidance and support that others offered me either directly or indirectly in term of knowledge, connections or finance.
Also, I believe changes began with me, and in my religion, I’m taught that nothing goes un paid so If I mentor someone today, in the future that person my become my business partner, my client, my referee or mentor or supporter to my people.

Knowledge is power if it is utilized well, and in my position, being a mentor is part of strengthening the power of my knowledge.
