Hello my name is Tolulope A. Medebem (TAM to my friends). I have worked within the marketing communications ecosystem within the experiential marketing industry for over 20 years. I have worked in various capacities moving through agencies and clients side with me finally setting up my own experiential marketing agency – Aster Integrated Marketing Limited (AsterIML).
I am interested in developing and building talent all over the world because I say to people, when I started, I was given opportunities in places and positions i never expected and this is my own opportunity to pay it forward as well as also learn from my mentees.
I have mentored for several years now and it’s always an exciting and adventurous journey especially when you also see your mentees winning, breaking more barriers and creating new frontiers.
My interests are anything and anyone within the marketing communications ecosystem as well as any start up that needs startup direction and guidance.

Like I mentioned above, mentoring for me is an opportunity to pay forward the opportunities that I have been given over the years as well as giving back some of the things that I have learnt, so that some of these start ups don’t make the same mistakes.
They can have the opportunity to leverage on these teachings, learn and make new mistakes. It is also an opportunity for me to learn new things because I see mentoring as a two way street (both mentor and mentee learning from each other and getting a better feel of life together.)
