I’m an entrepreneurial consultant, mentor and trainer, and founder of YEM CONSULTOR. After a rich 18-year career in the professional field, I am fully committed to capitalizing on this experience by training and coaching entrepreneurs and startups, guiding these creative minds from the ideation phase through to the realization of their entrepreneurial inspirations, thanks to an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by entrepreneurs.

At the same time, I design coaching programs and provide strategic advice to startups and companies of all sizes and sectors.
My aim is to be a change maker and a key player in entrepreneurial development.

What deeply motivates me to get involved in mentoring entrepreneurs and startups is my passion for innovation and growth. As a mentor, I find immense satisfaction in sharing my knowledge, experience and advice with those at the beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. Other motivations include:
